This engine kit is for Detroit Diesel Series 60 engines with articulated two piece pistons. These pistons are for newer style Series 60 engines.
The engine serial number is stamped on the cylinder block below the manifolds.

Main Bearings
(Gasket Set does not include front and rear crankshaft seal. This is because we need to know if your engine is left or right hand rotation. This can be determined from your engine model number. If you need to add the seals to the engine kit please call us and we will be happy to do so.)
